Day 295 - Great Friday at Cleek Farms!

Other than a little bump in the road yesterday afternoon, I had a great time! Not too busy, as it got cold quick, but it was fun none the less. Here are the photos from yesterday, click on them to enlarge then right click to save.

Until tomorrow, HAPPY PAINTING!

Day 294 - Zombie for School!

I had an appointment at 8AM this morning to turn a beautiful teenage girl into a horrific zombie for a school project she has. She will be singing to songs from Nightmare Before Christmas and then doing the Thriller dance. I hope someone gets a video of her performances and posts them so I can see. But here are some photos of what I did to her. Note: She made her own costume, I just filled in the blanks! I also added decay and black to her teeth and gave her a little of my homemade cherry flavored concentrated blood. All she has to do is just take a little on her finger and stick it in her mouth to make it look bloody!

Until tomorrow, HAPPY PAINTING!

Day 292 - UV Abstract Photo Shoot

I had a long night, but it was fun. Didn't go to bed until 7AM in the morning and my model is not going to be able to come over today since her poor girl is sick, so I am going to wait till tomorrow to post my Week in Review video.

But at least let me show you a few of the over 400 photos I took of the UV painting I did last night.

Day 291 - Cleek Farms?

I am going out to Kingsport, TN this afternoon to see if I can get a gig doing some normal face painting at Cleek Farms. They have some great Autumn Activities going on and I think face painting would be a great addition to it. Wish me luck!

Here is a little info on what they have, how much it cost and what days they are open: You can find out all this information and more at their website http://www.visitkingsport.com/cleekfarms

Corn Maze: Explore, solve, and learn about agriculture as you navigate your way through 5+ acres of corn pathways, including a special section of maze trails designed for the kids.
Hayrides:  Sit back and enjoy a ride through the country on one of our hayrides.  View a working farm, watch for wildlife and visit with friends all along the way.

Cow Train:  One for the kids (of all ages)!  All aboard our very own cow train, the Cleek Farm Express for a fun and exciting ride around the farmyard.

Straw bale maze:  Kids enjoy a maze on their scale as they make their way through pathways created by stacks of straw bales.
Flashlight nights:  Don't miss Flashlight Nights every Friday & Saturday night after dark! Come try our maze in the dark for a different twist - but be sure to bring a flashlight in case you "get lost"!
